The Green Bay Rugby Football Club is hosting a golf outing to raise money for the Ribbon of Hope Foundation, a local non-profit organization.All proceeds stay in Brown and Kewanee County!Although October is traditionally the Breast Cancer Awareness month, we would like to kick off the Breast Cancer Awareness efforts early.
An 18 hole golf outing will be held on Friday, August 26, 2011 at Highland Ridge Golf Course Registration will take place from 11:00 a.m. -11:45 a.m. Shot gun-start at noon.
The entry Fee is $75/per person. The fee covers: 18 holes of golf, a box lunch, dinner immediately following outing.
$21 from each entry fee will be donated to the Ribbon of Hope Foundation.
Our Breast Cancer Awareness will continue with a rugby match on October 8th in which our players will wear commemorative pink jerseys.This is our 2nd annual event to benefit breast cancer awareness. In 2010, we donated $1580 to the American Cancer Society.
